Road Trip:
A Road Trip is an event where the VCs from all over United States & Canada join together to discuss hot deals and latest industry trends and enjoy VC networking party.
The agenda for each city typically includes the following activities.
| VC Luncheon - | A chance to network with fellow VCs. |
| Deal Exchange - | VC to VC sharing of investment opportunities in 3 minute intervals. |
| Deal Showcase - | 5 to 10 pre-screened tech deals will have 13 minutes to present to the exclusive VC group. |
| Wine Reception - | A chance to relax and enjoy some fine wine at a local VC firm. |
It will be an event packed day, full of quality deals and great networking.
Deal Exchange:
Event Description: The Deal Exchange is a VC only program that requires attending VC’s to share a technology deal with the group. You will be given a one-page form to fill out for your deal and you will have 3 minutes to discuss your deal, followed by 2 minutes of Q&A.
Deal Criteria: $0-$10 million in revenue, Information Technology, Early-stage (seed, A, B, or C).
Deal Mix: 1) Portfolio Companies, 2) Deals you are interested in that require syndication, or 3) Strong deals that you passed on for geographic,stage or industry focus related reasons.
We have monthly Deal Exchange events in Silicon Valley & New England area.
- The Silicon Valley Deal Exchange events are conducted every third Wednesday of the month from 8:30-10:30am.
- The New England Deal Exchange events are conducted every second Wednesday of the month from 12:00-2:00pm
VC Valet:
VC Forum is now offering a premium service called VC Valet. This service was created by VCs with the intent to improve networking and increase deal flow within VC firms. The meetings take place over breakfast or lunch, at local restaurants in the area. All you need to do is use our online system to choose which VCs you want to meet with, and VC Valet will do the rest. VCs who choose to attend will be asked to give a brief introduction and a quick overview of their active IT portfolio companies.
